The housing market in the greater Raleigh area is really strong at this time and we don't anticipate it slowing down. That is especially true in the southern Wake County town of Fuquay Varina. Homes are coming on and going off the market on average in less than 55 days in the area. Currently there are 181 homes actively on the market and of those, 93 are new construction properties......over half. Fuquay Varina can boast of a house selling rate of right at 70 homes per month over the last 6 months. At that rate, across all price ranges, we have barely 2.5 months worth of inventory.
