North Carolina is becoming a very popular location for "relocation". I talk to people every day that are coming from out west, leaving the northeast, or relocating from the midwest headed to the Tarheel State. NC added over 100,000 new residents to its nearly 10,000,000 person population between 2012 and 2013. What is it that is bringing people to the state. A recent report from personal finance website Nerdwallet, basically says that there is no better place in North Carolina to own a home than the Triangle. They focused their research in 3 areas: home availability, affordability and the localized economy. When the dust cleared, 6 of their top 10 cities in NC for best places to buy a home were in the local Wake County area....... 1 - Holly Springs 3 - Fuquay Varina 4 - Wake Forest 5 - Clayton 6 - Apex 8 - Morrisville
They did note that although Raleigh and Durham did not make their list, it should be taken into consideration that they play a large role in how these smaller area cities ranked since they hold the majority of the higher paying jobs in the area and create the buyer power used to purchase the homes to begin with. Sounds like a great combination for a fantastic area to work and live.

When it comes to providing the utmost in personal service to his clients, Peter Kima is on the cutting edge. This family man's demanding work ethic was passed on from his parents. Peter does not rest until he's done everything in his power to help you achieve your goals. As a husband and a father, his understanding of the importance of a family's home is reflected in his every move.
When Peter is not helping one of his clients, he can be found volunteering his time running a charity Lobster Bingo event, cooking burgers at the local Fire Station to benefit the children in the community, delivering dictionaries to every 3rd grade student in Wake County with his Kiwanis Club, collecting school supplies for the needy, or ringing the bell for the Salvation Army. His favorite pastime, however, is spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and their two sons, Cole (12) and Camden (9 going on 20!).
Peter has resided in Germany, California, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oregon and Vermont. "Kristine and I would like to extend a sincere "thank you" for all your efforts in our home buying experience. During this entire experience we have come to look at you as more of a "friend" than just our real estate agent. The way you followed through with both written and verbal commitments is an honorable trait that you should be proud of. It makes us feel good to know that there are agents that go the extra mile like you have done for us. "
