Born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Rob and his wife Melissa moved to Wake Forest in the summer of 2007 from Washington DC where they had met. Rob, having grown up in a small town in Pennsylvania, knew that he wanted to set down roots and raise their family in a small town even though big city living has always been a love of theirs. While city living does offer much regarding culture, amenities, and opportunity there’s just nothing quite like small-town life. The security of a tight-knit community, walkable streets, neighbors that smile, and the peacefulness of nature are all what attracted them to raise their daughters here in Wake Forest. Rob has experience working in the school system here in Wake County as a school counselor and was a high school football coach for 15 years both here in North Carolina and Virginia. Helping guide, support, and inspire young people to reach for success in their lives has always been an important mission of his. Rob has simply transitioned that passion for helping students succeed to helping others succeed regarding their real estate needs. Having both rented and owned during his adult years, Rob understands the needs of each individual at different stages of life seeking to find the best fit. Recognizing that some desire location, location, location while others desire very unique needs and wants specific to their vision of what they consider the perfect home. At his core, Rob is a family man who adores his wife and children and the life he’s built with them!
