Trick or Treating in the Triangle

Halloween is a fun time a year for adults and kids a like! It’s always exciting what everyone whether you’re a baby to grandma is going to dress up like! Costumes have certainly changed since I was a kid growing up in Massachusetts. Back then we had the hard plastic mask and the plastic or cheap material costumes that went over your clothes. Back then it wasn’t unusual to wear a snow suit under your costume! Today, costumes have changed dramatically, some people even work on their costumes year round! From elaborate outfits, to amazing make-up it’s always fun to see what people come up with!

With Halloween comes trick or treating and not everyone has a safe place to trick or treat. Yes, you can go into large neighborhoods but then you are dealing with tons of other trick or treaters and sometimes lots of traffic. An alternative to trick or treating is trunk or treat or trick or treating at businesses! Trunk or treat is designed to be in a parking lot where traffic is shut down and people decorate their trunks and children go trick or treating like they would to houses but instead it is from the back of your car! Same kind of treats, and maybe even tricks but a much more confided and often times safer area to go!

With that being said here is a list of places that are doing Trunk or Treat or Business/Events that are offering trick or treating in the Triangle this Halloween season!
