Hi there! I’m Chris Cox, a seasoned real estate professional with experience dating back to 2008. Originally serving clients in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, I relocated to Wilmington, NC in 2018 & now live in Holly Springs, NC. Since then, I’ve not only assisted home buyers and sellers, but also broadened my expertise by coaching other agents in leveraging technology. As a North Carolina Real Estate Commission approved instructor, I’m passionate about empowering both clients and colleagues with knowledge to navigate the real estate process confidently.
